I’m Jessica Veroline, a licensed independent clinical social worker passionate about supporting individuals experiencing intense anxiety and fear around pregnancy and childbirth (tokophobia), as well as those navigating traumatic birth experiences.
Additionally, I provide EMDR therapeutic support for individuals who have experienced trauma and are struggling with PTSD, anxiety, and depression while continuing to work with their primary therapist.
I believe healing begins with feeling safe, heard, and understood. I provide a compassionate, trauma-informed space where you can explore your experiences, develop greater awareness of your emotions and responses, and work toward feeling more grounded and at peace.
My personal experience with childbirth-related anxiety and fear and my child's birth inspired my commitment to supporting women facing similar concerns.
The compassionate and nonjudgmental care I provide is shaped by my personal experiences and clinical training.
I want you to know that you do not have to navigate this experience alone.
Your story matters.
Your feelings are valid.
Compassionate support is available.

My approach is kindhearted, understanding, strengths-based and collaborative.
We will take time to understand your experiences in order to identify what may be contributing to your distress and work together to develop a plan based on your needs and goals.
